Obituary of Charles-Eugene Howard

Gene was born on Aug. 6, 1955 in Clearwater and is a life-long area resident. Gene is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Michelle Howard of Oldsmar; along with two sons, Charles Eugene (Adrian Rust) Howard III and Jeremy Wayne (Brittany) Howard, both of Oldsmar; a daughter, Heather (Troy) Jarvi of Jacksonville; four grandchildren, Ashley, Mason, Kole and Ella. Gene is also survived by his mother, Faye (Rutledge) Howard; brother, Julius (Teresa) Howard, Jr.; and sister, Judy (Tommy) Stonebraker, all of Odessa. Memorial contributions may be offered to the SPCA, 9099 130th Ave. North, Largo, FL 33773-1403.
