Obituary of Charles-Aaron Browning

Graveside services for Charles Aaron Browning, 80, will be Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery. Mr. Browning passed away July 15, 2011. He was a native of Talladega. His father was pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church for a number of years. He was a Navy veteran during the Korean War. He graduated from Auburn with a degree in horticulture. He was in charge of the grounds at the State Capital during the Wallace years. He is survived by his daughter, Jan Browning; aunt, Cherry Fite; cousin, Tommy Fite and several other cousins. Usrey Brown-Service Funeral Home is directing.
