Obituary of Catherine Forbes

BRADLEY, Catherine. "Kaye" Royal Canadian Legion Branch 480 Ladies Auxiliary At home, following a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Catherine Angela Forbes, age 88, joined God with dignity, Wednesday, September 15, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Charles Bradley. Much loved mother of Sharon (Ian Joyce), Gail (Richard Foucault), Barry (Rosanna), and Trude (Stein Hansen). Cherished grandmother of Rob (Marilyn), Joe (Sandy), Jason (Anna), Bradley, Erin, Jeremie, Jennifer, Lindsay, Erik and Alison and great grandmother of Letitia, Lukas, Lesley, Katrina, Kayla, Kaitlin, Abbey and Leeah. She will be missed by many nephews and nieces and everyone who knew her. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Martha Forbes, her eldest daughter Barbara (Doy-Yat), and siblings Vincent, Austin, Ambrose, Marion, Lillian, and Harry. The family thanks Dr. A. Comerton and all the VON nursing and support staff, especially Lesley Joly. A very special thanks to Dr. L. Coulombe for her excellent support and care. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Monday to St. George's Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11:00am. Interment St. Philip's Cemetery, Richmond.
