OBITUARY CAROLE MARTIN At Notre Dame Hospital, Montreal on December 13, 2010 at the age of fifty-two. Daughter of the late Venant Martin and Louisa Dube. Beloved wife of Gassan Massarweh. Loving mother of Sadek and Elias-Yosef. She leaves to mourn her sisters and brothers Robert, Lise (Pierre Pelletier), Jeannot (Lina Gagnon), Pierre (Chantale Pelletier), Jacinthe (Hector Michaud), Louisette (Pierre Vaillancourt), Benoit (Benoit Giguere), Lucette (Rodrigue Bergeron) and Eric (Natalie Ryckman), her nieces and nephews Samuel, Daphne, Christian, David, Marigil, Brigitte, Laurent, William and Elodie, her mother-in-law Suad Ahmed Massarweh (late Rateb Yosef Massarweh) and her children, and the Massarweh family in Taibeh, Israel, her aunts, uncles and cousins, and her many friends in North America, Germany and France, especially Josee Boisclair and her children. Visitation at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Saturday, December 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at the Notre-Dame-de-Grace Church, 5333 Notre-Dame-de-Grace Ave. at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Notre-Dame hospital would be appreciated.
