WHEELER, Carol Jean (nee Spencer) On February 3, 2006 Carol Jean Wheeler of Edmonton, passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her loving husband of 23 years, Garry; by her precious children, Ashley and Graeme; her mother, Marguerite, and step-father, and Jean Paul; by her four brothers, Gary, James, Joe and Robert; and by three sisters, Linda, Debbie and Brenda, along with their families; by numerous other relatives; and by her many friends, all of whom touched her life as she touched theirs. Carol was predeceased by her father Benjamin, and her brother Gordon, both of whom she now joins. Garry, Ashley and Graeme along with the Spencer family and all her friends would like to express their deepest gratitude to Station 31 at the Cross Cancer Institute, and her Oncologists and Doctors, and University of Alberta Hospital Nurses for the love, kindness and support afforded Carol during the final part of her journey. A Celebration of Carol's Life will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home 9810-34 Avenue.
