Obituary of Annie-Louise Enright


BLAKE, Annie Louise "Sue" (nee Enright) Peacefully on Tuesday evening, March 16th, 2004, in her 86th year, in Renfrew Victoria Hospital. Sue passed away in the presence of her beloved husband Major Stewart Blake (Retired) and son and daughter-in-law David and June Blake. She leaves one grandson, Morgan, of Montreal. She will be sadly missed by her three sisters Helen Roach and Della Freemark of Renfrew and Rita Brewer (Lloyd) of Deep River. She is predeceased by her four brothers Bernard, Edward, Dick and John (Butch) and one very dear sister Mary (Carroll) Tessier. Sue served in the Canadian Armed Forces in the rank of Corporal in the Second World War. Sue travelled all over Canada with her husband and they spent 21 winters in Florida. They spent a good life together until Alzheimers reduced their activities. Friends may call at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior, on Friday, March 19th on the Solemnity of the Feast of St. Joseph at 12 o'clock noon. Cremation will follow. In remembrance, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be gratefully appreciated by the family. The Ottawa Citizen,
