Obituary of Anne-Mary Allen

McMILLAN, Anne Mary (nee Allen), Peacefully, after a brief illness with cancer, at the Hotel Dieu Hospital with her family by her side, on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at the age of 56. Beloved wife of Thomas. Loving mother of Stuart (Jennifer) and Scot t (Cindy). Dear grandmother of Elizabeth, Jaden and Rylan. Predeceased by her mother Betty. Anne was actively involved with St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Merritton as Clerk of Session, Elder, and Board Member. She was loved by many congregational members, her "sister" Peggy, her friends at K-Mart and will always be known for helping others before herself. Special thanks to the Friends and Staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, especially Dialysis Unit for their care. The family will receive frien ds at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service to celebrate Anne's life will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 372 Merritt St. on Monday, August 23rd at 11:00 a.m .
