Obituary of Anne Lajoie

LAJOIE Anne, age 89 passed away October 30 at her home in Bergenfield where she lived for 50 years. Daughter of Paul and Anna Yakubec, she was born and raised in Coaldale, PA. During WWII, Anne was employed by the Department of War. After raising three children, she was employed by Scholastic Magazines, Inc. for over twenty years. Anne is survived by her three children, Linda Lajoie of Bergenfield, Paul Lajoie of New Milford, Janet Lajoie of New Milford, her daughter-in-law Susan Lajoie of New Milford and two grandchildren, Jennifer Lajoie and Matthew Lajoie. She is predeceased by her siblings, Otillia Pisko, Theresa Yakubec, Frank Yakubec and Pauline Stafurik. She is survived by one sister-in-law Josephine Eddy. Arrangements were handled by Beaugard Funeral Home. Burial was private.
