Obituary of Alfred Hansen

HANSEN, Alfred ""Pep"" 1921 - 2010 After a long and prosperous life, Pep has gone home to stay. He was born and raised in the Standard area, where he farmed most of his life. Pep retired to Calgary in 1975, where he enjoyed many peaceful years. He is survived by his nine children: Ron (Annette), Gerry (Evelyn), Michael (Wanda), Doug, Sandy, Gordon, Martin, Terry, Tim (Joanne); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy; and his special friend Margaret. A Visitation will be held at MOUNTAIN VIEW FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, December 9, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
