Obituary of Albert-William Roberts

ROBERTS , Albert William It is with extreme sadness we announce the sudden passing of a husband, brother, father and grandfather. Bert was born in Scotland in 1943 and passed on October 28, 2009. He leaves behind to mourn, his loving wife of forty-four years, Elizabeth. Liz was his rock and his best friend. He also leaves his three weans, Kathryn (Andy), Allan (Leanne) and Lynn (Pat). These were the joy of his life and he did everything for them. His grandchildren, Robert, Douglas, Mackenzie, Hailey, Meghan, Christopher and Nathan were the sparkle in his eye. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with them and attending their school functions and sports. He is survived by his mum, Jean and brother Allan in Scotland; his sister-in-law Anne and brother-in-law Gerry and their children and his cousin Margaret in Canada, along with many other relatives. Bert was a good, hard-working intelligent man. He could put his hand to anything. He accomplished many things on Earth and taught all of us the meaning of life. We will miss you and will think of you every day. Be at Peace now. There will be a small family Service only.
