Ses grands-parents paternels sont Thomas Rocheron, d. à 64 ans et s. le 28-11-1640, et Perrine Bouvier, mariés le 10-06-1601 ; veuf m.2 le 24-01-1622 avec Françoise Truton. Une plaque est apposée dans l'église à St-Cosme-en-Varais.
