Obituary of Yvette-Mary Raymond

Peacefully at the Pembroke General Hospital on Thursday, June 6, 2002, in her 72nd year. Yvette Ledgerwood (nee Raymond) of Bronx Street, Pembroke. Beloved wife of the late Roy Hilton Ledgerwood. Daughter of the late Adelard and Mary Edna (nee Carroll) Raymond. Dear sister of Mary Teresa Laronde (late Harold), Pembroke. Sister-in-law of Alice (nee Hussick) Raymond, Pembroke, Charles Bryant, Brampton and Nelson Ledgerwood (Gladys), Simcoe, Ont. Yvette will be sadly missed by her nieces Barbara Irving (Pat), Carol St. Louis (Raymond) and Mary Lou Bechamp (Stephen) all of Pembroke. Special nanny to Derek Corneil (Beth), Jennifer Curtis (Terry), Crystal Irving and Ryan and Tyler St. Louis. Yvette is survived by her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Loretta Leroux (late Salem) and Emerita Bryant, her brother Donat Raymond and her niece Pauline Raymond. Relatives and friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Saturday from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. and Monday after 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning, June 10th at 11 o'clock in St. Columbkille's Cathedral Pembroke. Interment St. Columba's Cemetery. In memory of Yvette, donations to the Pembroke General Hospital Capital Campaign, Miramichi Lodge or the V.O.N. Civic Complex would be appreciated by the family.
