Obituary of Warren-William Hastings

HASTINGS, Warren William “Spider“ - Died at his estate of Spiderland Acres on Sunday, February 15, 2009 at the age of 72, following a courageous battle with health- related issues. He was born to the late Elizabeth (Brooks) & Williams Hastings on July 13, 1936. His only sibling Myrna Hastings preceded him at the young age of 34 after a heroic bout with cancer. Spider's zest for life and love for music always made him the life of the party. At his estate at Spiderland Acres, Punkfest had become a phenomenon. Spider manifested his truest desires by having great bands, at an awesome party, for a beautiful cause-Animal Welfare. He is survived by his Myrna's four (4) children, Robin E. Jenkins, Baltimore, MD; Sherman A. Jenkins Jr., Bowling Green, OH; Rochelle E. Jenkins, Lockport, NY & Warren William Jenkins, Lockport, NY. He is also survived by his beloved friends whom he loved dearly.
