Obituary of Violet-May Dawson

DAWSON, Violet May Peacefully at home in Ottawa on February 14th 2008. Predeceased by husband Augustus James and daughter Ingrid. Survived by her children, Brian, Richard, Lenore, Ronald, Valerie, and Gail as well as 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by many family and friends here in Canada as well as in Ireland and New Zealand. A tribute was held in Violet's honour on Saturday February 16th and will be followed by a memorial service and interment on June 14th 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carleton Lodge Seniors Day Program. Love is life's remembrance. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 2/19/2008
