Obituary of Thomas J. Waldron


Holbrook Thomas J. "Tom" Waldron, died unexpectedly at the age of 80 February 7, 2008. Husband of the late Louise C. (Dunnigan) Waldron. Loving father of Coleen A. Cummings of Lakeville and Thomas M. Waldron of Hanson. Dear grandfather of Kevin Cummings of Canton, Steven M. Cummings of Wakefield, Kelli M., Thomas J., and Janine M. Waldron all of Brockton. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren and his dear friend Irene Padden. Mr. Waldron was born in Boston and has lived in Holbrook for the past 53 years. He was a retired truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union Local #25, Charlestown for over 30 years. After his retirement he went to work for Russelectric of Hingham and has worked there for the past 20 years. He was a WWII US Army Veteran and a Disabled American Veteran. He will be reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin St., (Rte. 37) Holbrook until 8:00 a.m. Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Holbrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial in Union Cemetery, Holbrook.
