Russell G. Anderson, 67, of Bridgewater, and formerly of Brockton, died Nov. 12, 2014, at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the husband of Patricia (Dragone) Anderson of Bridgewater and the son of the late George and Helen (Rhodes) Anderson. Russell was a longtime member and Lector of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Bridgewater and a 3rd Degree Knight in the Bridgewater Knights of Columbus. He loved music, working out in the yard, going for rides in the car, spending time at the beach and, he especially loved spending time with his family. Russell is survived by his wife, Patricia Anderson of Bridgewater; his daughters, Lisa Turner of Bridgewater and Jacqueline Tucker and her husband Gerry of Taunton; a granddaughter, Patricia Rose Tucker; and his sisters, Amy Frustaci and Judy Leroy. He is also is survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral was from the Prophett-Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St., Bridgewater, at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater. A celebration of Russells life was held at the St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Center following the funeral Mass. Visiting hours were held Monday, Nov. 17, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
