Obituary of Robert Beauchamp

Robert (Bob) Beauchamp May 17th, 1928 - February 1st, 2016 Robert ( Bob) Beauchamp passed away peacefully on February 1, 2016 at the C.H. Anna Laberge in Chateauguay, the very hospital he co-founded and acted as president for more than a decade.Born in Ormstown, he moved his young family to Chateauguay in the mid fifties. He then founded the family business " Assurances Robert Beauchamp Inc." , which proudly carries his name today.Community service, politics and travelling the world brought him great joy throughout his life. Loving father to Robert Jr. ( Gloria), Richard ( Brenda ) , Daniel ( Gabriella) and Lysa. He was also very proud of his grandchildren Matthew, Daniel, Lia Marie, Stephanie and Zachary. The family will receive friends and family at the Alexandre Nicole Complexe Funéraire in Chateauguay on Friday, February 5th from 1- 5pm, and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Malachie Catholic church in Ormstown on Saturday February 6th at 11am.
