Obituary of Robert-William Wallace

WALLACE, Robert William (Slasher) September 29, 1925 - July 6, 2008 Robert William Wallace (Slasher) passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2008 at the age of 82 years at the Agape Hospice, Calgary, Alberta after a short battle with cancer. Bob was born in Calgary, Alberta. He is survived by by his loving wife Pearl; two children: Robert (Rose) and Bonnie (Bruce) O'Neil; four grandchildren: Pamela, Melissa (Patrick), Wallace and Mary, and his great-granddaughter Alexis. Bob owned his own business for thirty-eight years with Imperial Oil. Bob enjoyed a round of golf and Pearl and Bob wintered in Arizona for many years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's name to the Agape Hospice and the Alberta Cancer Society. The family would like to thank Dr. Dennis Fundytus and Cochrane Home Care - Barbara Fredrich and Peter Fitzpatrick. Private Memorial Services will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, Cochrane, Alberta.
