WAUGH, Richard Douglas. Peacefully on November 3, 2004 in Langley, B.C. Beloved husband of fifty-five years to Patricia. Loving father and father-in-law to Debbie & Barry Soklofske, Doug & Lily Waugh, Shelley & Doug Dowling, Bruce & Colleen Waugh, Eric & Dini Waugh. Remembered with much affection by his thirteen grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Elizabeth & Bill Pace. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews.
