Obituary of Mary-Marguerite Allain

WRIDE, Mary Marguerite - passed away peacefully after a brief illness at QHC - Trenton Memorial Hospital on Sunday March 8, 2009 in her 87th year. Mary was a very proud veteran of WWII, RCAF WD and served her country as a peacetime member and as a public servant. She was very devoted to her family and as well to the Ladies of Columbus, Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 110 and as a volunteer with the RCAF Memorial Museum. Beloved wife of the late Robert Wride. Cherished mother & friend of the late Gary Wride, Anne Pennington & her husband Scott, Wayne Wride & his wife Rosa and Dale Woelfer & her husband Danny. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Nikki, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Christopher and Mary Pennington, Bobby, Alannah and Alyssa Wride, and great grandchildren Brynn and Kieran. Survived by her siblings Henri, Raymond, Clarence, Armand Allain and Anne-Marie Savoie. Mary will be missed by her many family members, good friends and especially by her dear helper Nancy Jones. Predeceased by her parents Charles & Helena Allain and her siblings Edoaurd, Cyril Allain and Sylvia Déprès. Friends are invited to call at the WEAVER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME - East Chapel, 29 Bay St. Trenton on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Church on Thursday March 12, 2009 at 11 AM. Father Brian McNally officiating. Interment Mount Calvary Cemetery. A Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 110 Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 6:45 PM at the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, donations to World Vision would be appreciated by the family.
