Mary E. (Parker) Cleary, of Quincy, died surrounded by her family on November 21, 2014. She was 84. The beloved wife of 63 years to John F. Cleary of Quincy, she was the loving mother of Joan Righi and her companion Anton Repa of Quincy, Jeanne DArcangelo and her husband Frank of Quincy, Ann Ackley and her husband Brett of Hudson and Nancy Mullin and her husband Damian of Ridgefield, Conn.; sister of the late Joseph Parker and Ann Ryan; cherished grandmother of Elizabeth Schubert, Nancy Righi, Laura and John DArcangelo and Alec and Drew Mullin. Mary was an artist, a very talented and creative woman. She enjoyed dollmaking and loved to paint. A devout catholic, she was a member of St. Anns Parish as well as a member of the Mariannes. Mary will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her caring and giving heart and a woman who could always make people laugh. The foundation of her life was her family and her faith, they were the cornerstone of all that was truly important to her. She will be sadly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. Her family are thankful for all the blessings that she brought into their lives. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 p.m. in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. A celebration of life service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. prior to the funeral Mass in St. Anns Church, Quincy, at 12 p.m. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
