Obituary of Mary Kary

GITTEL Mary The family of Mary Gittel announces her peaceful passing on Friday, June 30, 2006. Mary was born December 10, 1906, to Georg and Katrina Kary in Odessa, Russia. Mary was predeceased by her husband Otto (1979); sons, Freddie (1932) and Arch (1990); and grandson David (1980). Mary is survived by her daughter Betty (Ron) Carlson; grandsons, Rick (Bonnie) and Steven (Sharon) Carlson; daughter-in-law Helen; and grandson Paul Gittel. Also four great-grandchildren, Amy (Daniel) Sicolo, Drew Carlson, Brandy and Brandin Carlson; and a great-great-grandson Matteo Sicolo. Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Service, 5311 - 91 Street, Edmonton, AB, Reverend Bob Gal officiating. A family graveside Service will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at Queen's Park Cemetery, 32 Avenue and 4 Street N.W., Calgary, AB. Floral tributes gratefully declined.
