Obituary of Margaret McDonnell

McDONNELL, Sister Margaret. Passed away peacefully on Sunday March 13, 2005 at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax. She will be sadly missed by her Sisters of Charity, her brother-in-law James McLeod, her niece Mary O'Reilly (McLeod), other relatives and many friends. Predeceased by her parents William and Margaret (Peggy) and her sister Patricia McLeod. Sister Margaret was born and raised in Griffintown. She later taught at John F. Kennedy High School and worked in libraries at McGill, St.Thomas High School and Queen of Angels Academy. Resting at Mount St. Vincent Motherhouse. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday March 16 at 10 a.m. In her memory, donations may be made to Sisters of Charity, at 150 Bedford Highway, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3M 3J5.
