Obituary of Linda-Dale Foster

Linda Dale Spencer 1949-2013 It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Linda Spencer of Burton, NB at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of Frederick and Elizabeth (Campbell) Foster and wife of Lloyd Spencer. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; parents, Fred and Betty Foster formerly of Maugerville, NB; children, Kirk Spencer (Karen) of Maugerville, NB and Krista Spencer Thomas (Geoff) of Burton, NB; grandchildren, Nikita, Tia, Kiana, Ashley, Chelsey and Joshua; brother, Fred Jr. Foster (Linda) of Fredericton, NB; sisters, Crystal Foster of Oromocto, NB, Karen Warren (Keith) of Burton, NB and Stacey Foster of Douglas Harbour, NB as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home, 108 Winnebago Street (357-5100) on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 11:00 am. Canon Walter Williams will officiate. Interment will take place in the St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery at a later date. Memorial tributes in Linda’s honor may be made to the NB Lung Association or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
