Obituary of Katherine Dyck

KOOP, Katherine - Kay fought with grace and courage the many physical battles that came her way. She was surrounded by her family at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday, May 1, 2006 when she peacefully went to be with Jesus whom she loved and served. Beloved wife of Werner for 51 years. Dear mother of Laurena and Don Kroeker (Rebecca, Jameson and Julia) of White Rock, B.C., Donna of St. Catharines, Doug and Karen (Simon and Molly) of St. Catharines, Joanne and Dan Voth (Tobin, Rachel and Riley) of Bermuda, Rachel and Randy Sawatzky (Georgia, Rudy and Lucy) of St. Catharines. Dear sister of Hertha (and Abe) Froese, Abe (and Nettye) Dyck, Mary (and Ernie) Reimer, Martha (2005) and Gerry Wall, Henry (and Stella) Dyck, Nettie (2003) and George (2001) Friesen, Elsie and Dan Klassen. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Thursday 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Vineland Mennonite Brethren Church on Friday, May 5th at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Vineland Cemetery.
