Born in Providence R.I., Joe had been a resident of Holbrook for 55 years where he was a parishioner and alter server at St. Josephs Parish. He was a retired travel agent and enjoyed plants and flowers. Late US Navy Korean War Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Nadine (Johnson) Regan. Loving father of Robert Regan and his wife Kimberly of Holbrook. Devoted brother of Sister Eileen Joseph Regan of N.Y., Margaret McDonald of Weymouth, and the late William Regan.
