Obituary of John R. Jennings

MILLIS John R. Jennings, age 72, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a former resident of Sandwich, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham after a brief illness. Born in Boston, he was a son of the late Raymond and Lillian (Dalton) Jennings and a brother of the late Raymond Jennings. He is survived by his life partner, Barbara Vandervort; his daughter, Debbie Hayes of Millis; a brother, George Jennings and his wife Cathi of Austin, TX; and two granddaughters, Katie and Holly Hayes of Millis. He was also an uncle of Jessica Greene and her husband George of Dorchester, and Sean Jennings and Keri Jennings of Austin, TX. Funeral services will be private.
