Obituary of Jean-Catherine Andrews

(nee Andrews) Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 10, 2003 Jean Christie of RR#2 Mountain in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Christie. Loving mother of Sharon Richardson (Gord), Gail Dow (Bryan), Richard (Nancy), Clarke (Carolyn), and Steven (Brenda). Cherished grandmother of Corrie Kelly (Gary), Brett Richardson (Ann); Victoria Dow, Melanie Richardson (Greg), Ken Dow and Holly Dow; Duncan Christie; Julie Christie; Alexander, Simon and Brooke Christie; and two great grandsons Owen Richardson and Riley Richardson. Dear sister of Ross Andrews (Mary Lou) and predeceased by Ritchie, Ray, Lester Andrews and Betty Hyland. Jean will rest at the Byers Funeral Home, Church Street, South Mountain (989-3836) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service will be held at the Hallville United Church, Highway #43 at Church Road on Saturday, April 12, 2003 at 11 a.m. Interment South Gower Cemetery. By family request donations may be made to the Hallville United Church or the Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
