Obituary of James-Thomas Welch

WELCH, James (Jimmy) Thomas Passed away peacefully on December 6 at the age of 59. Much loved husband of Sharon (Stubinski). Son of the late Joseph and Florence Welch. Wonderful father of Emmett (Nadene) of Toronto; Jesse (Erin) of Douglas; and Amy (Jason) of Carleton Place. Dear grandfather of Makala, Kaeden, Fletcher, Avery and Danika. Survived by siblings Carol-Ann (Jerome), Chummy (Marilyn) and Laura (Ed). Predeceased by sister Diane Tucker. Sincere thanks to the ICU staff and physicians of the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their kindness and unceasing care of Jimmy over these past few weeks. Visitations at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S., Renfrew, Tuesday: 2-4, 7-9 p.m. and after 9:15 a.m. Wednesday. Service in Trinity St. Andrew's United Church, Wednesday, December 10th at 11 a.m. Rev. Heather Kincaid officiating, followed by cremation.
