Obituary of James D. Terault


James D. Terault 1946-2012 N. FT. MYERS, FL - James D. Terault, 65, passed away unexpectedly on August 10, 2012. Born in Holyoke, MA on Dec. 13, 1946, he was the son of Arthur and Shirley (Redfern) Terault. James previously lived in Indian Orchard for many years before moving to Florida in 1998. He worked for the local painters union 257 for many years before starting his own painting business. James was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Loyal Order of the Moose #1849. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 43 years, Susan C. (Theroux) Terault of N. Ft. Myers and three children Sharleen Roman and husband Michael of S. Hadley, James Terault and wife Linda of Andover, CT and David Terault and wife Brenda of Chicopee. He will also be missed by his stepmother Beatrice Terault, a brother John Terault, 3 sisters, Peggy Falcetti and husband Sam, Diane Niemiec and Kathy Weeks. Two precious granddaughters, Sarah Benoit and Makenzie Roman, step brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends will also miss him. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Aug. 20th at 9:00 a.m. from the Beers & Story S. Hadley Funeral Home, 646 Newton St., (Rte. 116) followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church in S. Hadley. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Mooseheart Charities c/o The Chicopee Falls Moose Lodge #1849, 244 Fuller RD., Chicopee, MA 01020.
