Hermeline (Aline) Marentette (née Raymond) May 26, 1909 - October 20, 2001 Funeral arrangements by Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel (Tecumseh) At the age of 92 years. Peacefully, on October 20, 2001 at the Brouillette Manor, Tecumseh. Beloved wife of the late Mose (1990). Dear mother of Jeanette and husband Bob Lesperance, of Tecumseh; Raymond and wife Jeanne, of Brampton; Pauline and husband Bob Robinet, of Windsor; Dennis and fiancée Brenda Byrne of Tecumseh. Dearest mémé to thirteen grandchildren; Marg Smits, Rob & Dave Lesperance, Sue Sweeney; Mike, Mark & Jim Robinet; Paul, John & Melissa Marentette; Chantale, Andre & Pierre Marentette and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lucien, Marcel, René, Fernand, and Jean Paul, Mary, Yvette and Jeanine all from the Ottawa region. Predeceased by five brothers and four sisters. Dear sister-in-law to Yvonne Raymond, Leonise Lesperance & Victoria Martindale. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Aline belonged to the Catholic Women’s League of St. Anne’s (Past-President), Les Dames de Ste. Anne, and the Tecumseh Golden Age Club. Visiting continues on Monday, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. C.W.L. Prayers, Monday at 7:00 p.m. Parish prayers Monday at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 23rd at 10:30 a.m. from The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (519-735-2830) to St. Anne Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Diabetes Wellness Centre of Windsor or the Holy Name of Mary Food Fund c/o Frank Chauvin Orphanage would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Aline Marentette in the Janisse Marcotte Melady Sutton Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held on (time to be announced) and all are welcomed.
