Obituary of Helen Regan

LOWELL -- Helen (Regan) Morin, 103, died Monday, Feb. 7, at Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of Alcid Morin, who died in 1971.She was born in Lowell on Dec. 7, 1901, a daughter of the late Dennis and Nellie (Harrington) Regan. She attended St. Patrick Grammar School.Before retiring, Mrs. Morin was a seamstress at several area mills.She was a member of St. Patrick Blessed Virgin Sodality and the Society of the Precious Blood. She was also a communicant of St. Patrick Church.She is survived by a niece and her husband, Martha A. and Edmund O'Connor of Lowell; and a grandniece, Christine P. O'Connor of Lowell.Mrs. Morin was also the sister of the late Daniel A. Regan and Gladys Donahue.Private funeral services were held at the family's convenience.
