Obituary of Helen-Louise Webster


BUSTARD, HELEN LOUISE - Mrs. Helen Louise Bustard of Mill Cove Nursing Home, Millcove, N.B, passed away at her residence on November 25, 2006 at the age of 95. Born in Mechanic Settlement, N.B on April 11, 1911, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Rolf) Webster and the beloved wife of the late Lewis Bustard, who passed away in 1979. Helen was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by five nephews, Jim Webster and his wife Barb of Mechanic Settlement, Don Webster and his wife Connie of Fredericton, Dave Webster and his wife Judith of Sussex Corner, Bill Webster of British Columbia and Lawrence Webster of Massachusetts. Helen was predeceased by five brothers, Harry, Burpee, Frank, Albert, and Walter; her sister Marion; and her nephew Reg. Helen lived for many years on their farm in Portagevale. She was an avid musician, playing the organ in church as well as the piano and guitar for pleasure. She was a life member of the United Baptist Women's Missionary Union and she attended St. John's United Church for many years. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Visitation will be held at Wallace Funeral Home on Monday afternoon from 1 to 2 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 2:00 pm, followed by a time of fellowship with the family.
