Obituary of Helen I. Regan

WEYMOUTH Helen I. (Duffy) Regan, age 88, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Born and raised in Mission Hill, Helen lived in Jamaica Plain and then in Quincy before moving to Weymouth 23 years ago. Beloved wife of the late C. Daniel Regan. Devoted mother of the late Irene Flavin, the late Phyllis M. Regan and the late Linda A. McFarland. Beloved sister of the late Mary Fontaine, and the late Dorothy Schena. Loving grandmother of Danielle Hitchcock of Marshfield, Jeffrey McFarland of Glastonbury, Conn, Jill Tonello of Weymouth and James Miglierini of Redwood City, Ca. Also survived by four great-granddaughters. Helen was awaiting the arrival of two great-grandsons this summer. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth on Friday, April 24 at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Thursday from 5-8. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
