Devoted father of Clare Pabian and her husband Mike of Bedford, Colonel Richard Regan and his wife Donna of Okinawa, Japan, Patrick Regan and his wife Tracy of Greenwich, London and Phyllis Regan of Manchester, NH. Step-father of Antoinette and Candace Padula of Quincy, Kirk and Jacquelyn Sundburg of Holbrook. Brother of William Regan of Foxboro and Richard Regan of FL. Grandfather of Michael and Brian Pabian, Patrick and Cash Regan. Brother- in-law of Steve and Clare Moraglia, Jane Regan, Elaine Regan and John and Sharon Osborne. Also survived by sev eral nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate, Saturday, Feb ruary 24 at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate at 10 a.m. Burial in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
