Ellwart (Bun) Ambrose Regan 1934-2013 It is with great sadness that the family of Ellwart (Bun) Regan of Waasis, NB announce his passing at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the age of 79. Ellwart was born at Lawrence Station, Charlotte County, NB on March 14, 1934. He was the loving husband of Alice (McFadzen) Regan for fifty two years. Ellwart is survived by two sons: Joseph E, Regan (Joanne) of Andersonville, NB, Richard P. Regan (Joni Lee) of Calgary, Alberta, two grandchildren Kayla Christine Regan of Andersonville, NB, Morgan Nichols of Calgary Alberta as well as many nieces and nephews. Ellwart was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Cora Regan, a brother Horace E. Regan, two daughters Carol Diane Regan and Darlene Marie Regan. Ellwart enjoyed his family, travelling and hunting. Visitation will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 12:05 PM with Father Bill Brennan officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery at a later date. A reception will take place in the church following the service. For those who wish, the family suggests memorials to the Charlotte County Cancer Society (C/O Joanne Regan) or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
