Obituary of Clara-Jean Foster

ELLIOTT, Clara Jean (nee Foster) - Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive on Sunday, May 15th (15 days before her 99th birthday). Beloved wife of the late Clifford Elliott (1986). Loving mother of and matriarch of Bea Rhodes (Reg) of Peterborough, Roy Elliott (Bev) of Omemee, Joan Bunker and her late husband (Bill) of Peterborough and James Elliott (Aileen) of Stoney Creek. Jean is lovingly remembered by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren who will celebrate her life with many memories and pride in knowing her. A true pioneer born and raised on the 10th line of Cavan leaving many memories & vignettes of life to her whole family. A Service of Remembrance will be held at NORTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH, 300 Sunset Blvd., on Thursday, May 19th at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service. In memory of Jean, donations to Northminster Renewal Fund or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
