Obituary of Christine E. Noonan

Christine E. (Newquist) Noonan of Hingham, passed away Sept. 16, 2011 at the age of 101. She was the wife of the late George E. Noonan. Loving mother of Elizabeth Lukens of Newton and the late George Edward Noonan. Mother-in-law of Phyllis A. Noonan of Hingham. Devoted grandmother of Christine Reinemann of New Canaan, CT, Mary Eileen Patton of Barrington, RI, Michael Noonan of Sandwich, Philip Noonan of Hingham, William Noonan of Scituate, Elizabeth Daly of Hanover, Catherine Russo of Port Washington, Long Island, Margaret Noonan of Hingham, Pauline Studebaker of Hingham, Joseph Noonan of Norwood, Elizabeth Rutherford of Newton, Laureen Prophett of Michigan, Helen Mozzoni of Maine, and Dana Lukens of Maine. Mrs. Noonan also leaves an incredible legacy of 40 great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of the Resurrection, 1057 Main St., Hingham.
