Obituary of Charles Sheehan

SHEEHAN, CHARLES - The death of Charles Sheehan, loving husband of Catherine (Tokach) Sheehan occurred on June 30, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1934 in Saint John, he was the son of the late Harold and Minnie (Campbell) Sheehan. Charles had worked for McAvity's and the Dry Dock. Besides his loving wife, Catherine; he is survived by sons, Mike (Mabel), Tim and Doug (Shelly) all of Saint John; daughters, Helen Brewer (Hayward) of Fredericton and Stella King (Sutton) of Saint John; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, Ella Reinhart of Saint John, Kay O'Coin (Arnold) of Saint John, Theresa Duffy (Bill) of Newcastle and Mary Mason (Terry) of Saint John; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sons, Charlie and Billy; daughter, Gail; brothers, Burton, Harold, Arthur and Kenneth. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Sunday and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Following cremation a private family interment will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date.
