CARROLL, Cecil James Sr. 82 years on July 20, 2004 at home with his loving family. Beloved husband and friend of Shirley L. Carroll. Son of the late Daniel and the late Mary Carroll. Loving father of the late C.J. Carroll (2001) , Dan E. Carroll & Trish, James Carroll & Rose, John Carroll & Debbie, Viola Carroll & Todd, Suzanne Crankshaw & Chuck, Bonnie Gibbs and Gerald & Carol. Loving Papa to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Special Papa to Shirley and Christian. Loved brother of Cecile Turnbull & Bud, Alberta Adams, Dorothy Thompson, and special sister Gloria Sheehan & Bernie, Leo Carroll & Gwen, Daniel E. Carroll & Rita, Jack Carroll & Pat, Mike Carroll & Delores, Bob Carroll & Cathy. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special uncle to Shelby Sheehan. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Cecil was a former employee of the Post Office after 35 years & was a member of the R.C.L. Branch 143. He was also a POW and Veteran of WWII. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Visitation will be held Thursday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. with a Veteran's Memorial Service at 7:30 p.. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2004 at Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave., (253-5225) at 11 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
