ORLANDO, Fla. -- Blanche E. (Raymond) Moreau, 80, died Friday in Orlando.She worked in the local shoe industry and retired from the former Fifth Avenue Shoe Co. after 25 years of employment. She also worked in the lunchroom at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and as a waitress in Connecticut.Born and educated in Haverhill, Mass., Mrs. Moreau was a longtime resident of the city. She was a former resident of Merrimac, Mass., North Reading, Mass., and Mystic, Conn.She was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the former Saint Joseph Parish where she had helped to establish the weekly bingo program that raised funds for Saint Joseph School. She was also a member and past president of the Ladies of St. Anne Society and a former Girl Scout troop leader for St. Joseph Parish.The widow of Robert O. Moreau, she leaves daughter Claire Moreau of Orlando; son Robert O. Jr. and his wife Tanya of Orlando; brothers Philip Raymond of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Robert A. Raymond of Beech Grove, Ind.; sisters Irene Boucher of Haverhill and Rita Boucher of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two granddaughters, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.Memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice, 5151 Adanson St., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32804.ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. A funeral will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. at All Saints Church in Haverhill. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill.
