WILKINSON , Beatrice (Grenier) July 28, 1925 - April 29, 2009 Beatrice (Bea) Albina Wilkinson (nee Grenier) passed away April 29, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Bea was born in Drumheller on July 28, 1925, one of twelve children, and was raised on the Grenier homestead on the Horseshoe Canyon. She is survived by her sons Ray and Cliff Wilkinson, her brother Art (Eleanor) Grenier, her sisters Obeline Webber, Lucille Braunberger, Leonie (Mike) Turko, Louise Sunderland and sister-in-law Pam Grenier. Bea was predeceased by her husband Norm Wilkinson, daughter Jean, son Joe, mother Clara, father Joseph, sisters Delia and Alberta, brothers Oscar, Dennis, Ernest, and Leo. Being a mother and grandmother was her ultimate joy. Family and visitors were welcomed with wonderful home cooking and her days were filled with canning, gardening, crafts, travelling, and the Sunshine Coast Quilter's Guild. She gave her love to all who knew her. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter's Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Drive N.W.) on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. with The Very Rev. Michael Storey, VF, Presider. Graveside Service to follow in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
