Obituary of Brenda J. Shaver

Brenda Joyce (Fenoff) Shaver of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Pembroke,died Wednesday, June 15, 2010 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was 56 years of age. Brenda lived in Pembroke for 16 years before moving to Port Charlotte four years ago. She is a retired employee of the former Howard Johnson 57 Park Plaza Hotel in Boston and the former Inn at Scituate Harbor. Brenda was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots Fan. Among her interests, she enjoyed reading, bingo, gardening, boating, fishing and photography. She also collected baseball cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Beloved wife of Frank H. Shaver. Devoted mother of Jennifer Nguyen of Dorchester, Julie Mitton of Weymouth and Christopher Allen of Hanson. Daughter of Irwin Fenoff of Littleton, NH and Kathleen Polander of Wells River, VT.. Sister of Linda Roberts of GA., Priscilla Aldrich of NH, David Fenoff of NH and Stephen Wheeloch of NH. Daughter in law of Carolyn Shaver of Weymouth and the late Frank C. Shaver. Loving grandmother of Young-Me, Christine and Jamie Nguyen and Tristan and William Mitton. Sister in law of Karen and Steve Thomas of Weymouth and Kim and Brian Medieros of Whitefield, NH. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the SOUTH WEYMOUTH McDonald Funeral Home at 809 Main St. (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.) Saturday from 1:00 | 4:00 p.m. Funeral service to follow at 4:00 oclock.
