Obituary of Ann-Marie Wallace


LEBLANC, ANN MARIE (1939-2007) - passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness on Tuesday July 17, 2007. Wife of Clarence LeBlanc for 46 beautiful years. Born in Saint John a daughter of the late George and Genevieve (Armstrong) Wallace. Ann worked at Centra Care for many years and at the Saint John Regional Hospital in the dietary department. Besides her husband, Clarence, Ann will be sadly missed by three sons, Paul (Sue), Kevin and Terry (Norma-Jean); three daughters, Traci, Darlene (Stanley) and Roxann (Peter) all of Saint John. Also survived by six grandchildren, Bryan of Ottawa, Nicholas, Jamie, Jenna, Cheryl and Hannah; as well as two great grandchildren, Connor and Shaylyn; three brothers, George, William and Michael; five sisters, Hazel, Jane, Norma, Carol, Deborah and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Ann was predeceased by a brother, Eugene; and a sister, Dianne. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John (634-1701) with visitation on Thursday July 19, 2007 and Friday July 20, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday July 21, 2007 from Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 10:00 am. Internment in Holy Cross Cemetery followed by a reception at the Fallsview Family Reception Center. Remembrances in memory of Ann may be made to the NB Lung Association, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donors choice. A book of condolences may be signed at www.castlefh.com.
