Watkins and her hus band Thomas C. Watkins of NH. Mother- in-law of the late Cheryl (Young) Welch. Devoted sister of Mildred Betsy Grant of Hampden. Dear grandmother of Andrew, Timothy and Courtney Welch, all of AZ. At the families request, visiting hours have been omitted and graveside services will take place at a later date.
