Alice D. (Cannon) Kelley, 85, of West Bridgewater, formerly of Randolph, died peacefully at her home Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011. She was the devoted wife for 56 years of the late John J. Kelley. Alice was born in South Boston, the last survivor of the seven children of the late William and Alice (Hankard) Cannon, and was a graduate of South Boston High School. She had lived in Randolph for many years before moving to Matfield Woods in West Bridgewater 25 years ago. When her children were older, Alice worked for several years at Perrins & Miller Golf in Randolph. She was devoted to her home and family and will be remembered as a quiet woman who enjoyed spending her time with her children and grandchildren. Alice was the mother of Alice Evans of Randolph, John J. Kelley Jr. and his wife Nancy of Raynham, Thomas Kelley and his wife Kathy of Moultonboro, N.H., Patricia Stewart and her husband John of Dresden, Maine, and Theresa Moore and her husband Glen of Effort, Pa. She also leaves 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 10 in St. Ann Church, West Bridgewater. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Arrangements by the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St., Brockton.
