Burrows, William James "Jim" September 2, 1941 ~ January 31, 2014 . It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, wonderful father and grandfather and loving brother. Jim is predeceased by his father Jim (2006) and mother Evelyn (2013). Lovingly remembered by his wife Sally; children Thea (Jim), Jamie (Michelle) and Robyn (Scott); grandchildren Courtney, Liam, Savannah, Mikayla, Chloe, Dreyden and Lucan; also his sister Wendy and his Brentwood College family past and present. Jim contributed 50 years of service to Brentwood College School in Mill Bay. As a youth, Jim was involved with the Boys Brigade, and upon arrival to Canada became involved with the Cowichan Valley Rugby Club. A celebration of Jim's life is planned at Brentwood College School during the summer. Date and time will be announced later. Flowers are gratefully declined.
