BUTTERWORTH William J. Butterworth, age 69, beloved husband of the late Ann Marie (Newall) Butterworth, of North Andover, Mass. and previously of Trumbull, entered eternal life Friday, August 26, 2005, at Mass General Hospital, Boston, Mass. Mr. Butterworth was born September 7, 1935, in Newark, N. J., son of the late Walter and Joan (Scully) Butterworth and had been a Trumbull resident for twenty years before moving to North Andover eighteen years ago. He was a CPA and Financial Advisor. He was a graduate of St Peter0s High School, received a bachelors degree from Saint Peter0s College, an MBA from Seton Hall, and was a US Marine Corp reservist for six years. Survivors include his three devoted children, William W. Butterworth and his wife, Donna, of Beacon Falls, Robert M. Butterworth and his fiancée, Christine, of Stratford and Barbara Butterworth and her husband, Jeffrey Weaver, of Falls Church, Va.; one sister, Carol Butterworth of Seagert, N.J.; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday (TODAY), September 2, 2005, at 9 a.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main Street, Stratford; and at 10 a.m. in Saint Marks0s Church, Stratford. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
