He was born on June 12th, 1943, to Tommie and Lois Floyd in Hutchinson Kan. He was preceded in death by his brother David S. Floyd. He is survived by his parents; one brother; one sister; his wife, Glenda; four children; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and many extended family members.
