WEBB, Shirley Alice - at Caressant Care in Lindsay on Sunday. August 30 in her 84th year. Shirley, formerly of Brampton and St. Catharines, was predeceased by husband Ross and son Brian Webb. She is remembered with much love by her children, Karen Oatway of Summerside, PEI; Garth (Wendy) of Alliston; Scott (Jennifer) of Lindsay; and Adrienne (New Haven, Conn.) She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Shirley flourished creatively in her garden and found peace at her “Summer Place“ on Kawagama Lake. Her love of music, literature, film and the outdoors live on in her children. Friends will be received at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Thursday, September 3 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Private cremation will take place Friday, September 4. Donations to the Hospital for Sick Children or Heart and Stroke are appreciated.
